_If you would like to have a will prepared, please print out the Will Information Sheet (.doc) (.pdf), complete the form, and schedule an appointment with our office to have a "will signing."  The cost to prepare a simple will for an individual is $95.00.  The cost to prepare a will for a couple is $150.00. 

You must be a resident of the State of Ohio in order to have your will prepared by Skidmore and Hall.  After filling out the Will Information Sheet,  request more information via a telephone call by calling our office.
